Families can pick up the supplies by following the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sherwoodcharterschool.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Supply-Pick-Up-Route.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">car line map<\/a>\u00a0at the suggested car line pick up times below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1-40:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 2:00 &#8211; 3:00 pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>41-81:\u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0 \u00a03:00 &#8211; 4:00 pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>82-122:<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04:00 &#8211; 5:00 pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>123-150:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a05:00 &#8211; 6:00 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are unable to come at your suggested time, you may come anytime between\u00a02:00 pm &#8211; 6:00 pm.<\/p>\n<h4>Supply\u00a0Pick\u00a0Up\u00a0Guidelines<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Line up by vehicle using morning car line direction (<a href=\"https:\/\/sherwoodcharterschool.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Supply-Pick-Up-Route.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">see the map here<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Pull all the way forward to the flag before stopping.<\/li>\n<li>Only the front vehicle by flag may exit the car to pick up. Others in line need to remain in vehicles until they are the first in line.<\/li>\n<li>Items will be organized in bags (by grade) inside the narthex of the main building and identified by individual family car line numbers. All students will have a bag to pick up.<\/li>\n<li>Return to your vehicle and depart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you encounter any issues during pick up, (eg. you can\u2019t find your student\u2019s bag) please return to your car, park out of the car line where it is safe to do so and call the office (503-925-8007) with the issues you have encountered.
