A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Sherwood
\nSchool District to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June
\n30, 2021, will take place on Monday, June 1, 2020, at 5:00 p.m.<\/font><\/p>\n

Please note that in light of the COVID-19 state-wide
\nrestrictions and in keeping with the efforts of social distancing to reduce the
\nspread of the coronavirus, the meeting of the Sherwood School District Budget
\nCommittee will be conducted online, rather than in person. Please use the
\nfollowing link for the livestream feed during the meeting: https:\/\/bit.ly\/39VlhD3<\/a><\/span><\/u><\/font><\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message
\nand to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting
\nwhere deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may make
\npublic comment on the proposed budget to the Budget Committee.<\/font><\/p>\n

With respect to the social distancing guidelines from the
\nOregon Health Authority, the Budget Committee will only accept written comment
\nor testimony. Please submit comment or testimony electronically at https:\/\/bit.ly\/2Z14EE8<\/a><\/span>.
\nPublic testimony will be only accepted until the designated item on the meeting
\nagenda, and will be read aloud at that time by the Board Secretary.\u00a0 <\/font><\/p>\n

A copy of the budget document will be available on the
\nDistrict\u2019s website, www.sherwood.k12.or.us<\/a>,<\/span> on or after
\nFriday, May 29, 2020.<\/font><\/p>\n

In the event that the Budget Committee meeting is continued to
\na future date, the following days and times have been tentatively reserved:<\/font><\/p>\n

\nWednesday, June 10, 2020 \u2013 5:00 p.m.<\/font><\/p>\n
