As the Board and District staff continue to focus on prioritizing in-person learning for all SSD schools during the current surge of COVID-19 cases in our district, <strong>this month\u2019s regular meeting will be held virtually and will have an abbreviated agenda. This month\u2019s work session will be canceled. <\/strong>All public meetings of the Board of Directors can be viewed live at the District\u2019s YouTube channel at <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/39VlhD3\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/39VlhD3<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6:30 pm &#8211; Executive Session (<em>held under ORS 192.660 (2)(d) Negotiations)<\/em> (Non-public meeting)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7:00 pm \u2013 Regular Meeting (Virtual meeting \u2013 accessible via live stream)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agenda for this meeting can be viewed <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/15i0TOryfpxSfmte6uAIie_L203_a3Yz9U4l-TM7yZaQ\/edit?usp=sharing\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public comment can be submitted in advance of this meeting for Board member review. To submit public comment, please use the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe33ZM8EK_Npc3KscKkGzAcj3pRVih-iajD68Yc7o8hpwE1Ow\/viewform?usp=sf_link\">attached form<\/a>. All submitted public comment must be received by 3:00pm on Wednesday, January 19.
