The Sherwood School District Administration has learned of social media content containing racist and homophobic language that we believe originated from students in our own school community. The language used is unacceptable and does not align with the values of our District. Hate and bias have no place in our schools, and we wholeheartedly denounce these actions. An investigation is underway, and we are reaching out to the families of students involved. We stand for respect and inclusion, and our schools must be a place where all students feel safe and are able to learn in a welcoming environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
