Notification Alert System Test to be conducted Tuesday, 10\/18, at 10:00am: \u00a0F<\/b><\/font>lashAlert is a messaging system that the Sherwood School District uses to send timely alerts to subscribers for inclement weather closures and other emergencies. \u00a0We will be conducting our annual test of the alert system on Tuesday, October 18, at 10:00 a.m. \u00a0If you are an active subscriber, the alert will automatically be sent to your selected delivery preference (phone and\/or email) with clear indication that it is only a test. \u00a0If you do not receive a test alert at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, you are not an active subscriber and may not receive future alerts from the District during an actual event. \u00a0To create or renew your free subscription, you can visit https:\/\/www.flashalert.net\/ at any time to create an account with an email address. \u00a0(It is recommended that you download the FlashAlert Messenger app if you have a smart phone, which will ensure you receive full text of emergency notifications, as some cellular providers limit characters or may delay delivery of alerts due to service area limitations.)<\/span><\/div>\n
