The Middleton Elementary School Office will close Friday, June 23rd at noon for the summer. \u00a0 Our office will re-open on Monday, August 14th 7:30 am – 3:30 pm for the 2017-2018 school year.\u00a0<\/font><\/p>\n

While our school offices are
\nclosed during the summer, please deliver completed enrollment forms to the
\nDistrict Office, located at 23295 SW Main Street. Their summer office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. \u00a0Forms are available <\/font><\/span>online<\/span><\/span><\/a> or can be picked up at the District Office.<\/span>\u00a0 Enrollment
\nforms can be brought to Middleton beginning Monday, August 14th<\/sup> 7:30
